I Wanna Be

understand that I'm far from the genuine article, but i wanna be,

you know, the man that aspires to be great, inspires you and admires you, today

you don't just love who he is, you love who you become when you're with him,

and you discern

he's in tune with the Lord, so you gotta be in tune with Him to be with him,

can sharpen him and add to his destiny,

give everything i have and the rest of me.

They say love is a loosing game, but I believe that God is love

so we don't loose, we gain; we don't snooze, we pray; 

we won't die, we're saved;

and even though he knows i'm not perfect,

he perfectly sees that even with my imperfections i'm worth it

and we know we're in love cos we dont wanna fall asleep
