Two

Update: today was my first day at work and I came home with a migraine and nausea.

I resumed at 8.00am and i was taken immediately to the HODs office. Within a few minutes, he introduced me to my team leader. "Do you live close by?" She asked. "Yes ma'am". "Are you married?" "No ma'am". "EXCELLENT! So you can work late. Please come to my office immediately you are done here."

I should have taken my time and cat-walked to her office. Those were my last few minutes of rest! As soon as i stepped into her office, i was bombarded with information, construction and architectural guidelines and contracts - half of which i couldn't understand and all i could say was "Ok".

You see, i didn't want to complain because I was already afraid that i would make a mistake on my first day. Here I am now at 10.00pm in my house looking at 2 tablets of ibuprofen and a stack load of home work.

What have I gotten myself into??

Lesson: Failure begins in your mind. You can do this! Give yourself time to adjust to new seasons in your life.
